DAY 1
Starting early morning from La Paz arriving to Tiquina
and crossing the great Lake of Titicaca on motorboat to
continue the trip to Copacabana for approximately an
hour and half. Accommodation in a hotel and lunch in a
local restaurant.
In the afternoon a tour of Copacabana appreciating its
main historical, cultural and touristy attractions: the
ones that stand out are the Copacabana Cathedral,
handcraft market, the Calvary where you will enjoy an
spectacular sun set over the Titicaca Lake and at the
end of the day return to your hotel.
DAY 2
After breakfast, board the boat to go visit the Island
of the Sun for approximately an hour and a half journey.
Upon arrival to the Island visit of the Stone Stairs of
Yumani, Fuente del Inca (fountain of eternal youth),
then arriving to the community of Yumani (w/ an altitude
of 3,950 m) Lunch on the Island in a local restaurant
after continue with the visit of port of Pilcocaina
where one can appreciate the Inca Palace (900 yrs.
A.C.).
Return to Copacabana around 18:00, transfer to the
Bolivian – Peruvian border through Kasani to continue to
Puno or return to La Paz.
